Buggy Devices Samsung RTL

Hi,

Writing to inform you about yet another set of issues with the Samsung RTL.

  • All of the S23 devices (23 Ultra, 23+, S23) are extremely laggy and literally unusable. Same goes for the Z Flip 6devices, all of them, still of the USA A few days ago, everything seemed to have returned to normal, but unfortunately, things have gone back to what they used to be. We are pleading for a permanent solution to this issue, please. The lag is just crazy, and the more you use the device, the slower it gets.

  • Poland has no Internet. No device is connected to WiFi

  • Nothing was ever done with regards to the internet speeds in Korea. It takes up to five minutes to download a 78MB apk file, that’s just insane. Please give attention to this issue

  • Would you please share from which country you are trying to use the USA server devices?

  • I have already notified the respective team about the devices of Poland.

  • As for the Wi-Fi issue in Korea region, they are checking the network configuration. We hope that the issue would be resolved by this month.
