Samsung RTL USA Server broken, Delicate Issue, Many Unusable Devices

Hi,
The issue we are encountered has to do with devices on the USA server of the RTL. We are a team of app testers using the RTL on a 1 Gbps internet connection right from Texas, and simply put, the USA device farm service quality is literally a disaster. The S25 devices are unusable, same with most of the Galaxy Z and Galaxy Tab devices. the input lag is just insane. It takes almost forever to load or use most devices on the USA device farm. Literally no device model is spared.

  • ALL MODELS of the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S23 exhibit considerable input lag, making the usage experience range from sub-par (S23s, S22s) to literally unusable (S24s & S25s).

  • ALL Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Z Fold 6, still of the USA server, are literally unusable. They take forever to respond to clicks and whatever other input given to them. This holds true also for the Z Flip 4, Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 3.

  • ALL Galaxy Tab devices on the USA server are unusable. Same issue: input lag.

This has been going on for several months, no fix has ever been found. Temporary fixes have been introduced, but it’s always a matter of days or weeks before the devices return to being laggy. Kindly requesting for a fix that permanently does away with the lagging issue, it is a true burden and hindrance to our testing operations.

Hi,
We’ve done that several times across several of our accounts and we’ve got no response for weeks now. The support ticket thingy seems to be a “hit or miss” game. It’s literally left to luck. If Ummey Habiba Bristy doesn’t reply, no one else does and we have tickets opened for several weeks now and left on “Unassigned”. @r.liechty_SDR was the only consistent staff member who actually followed up every request and issue we faced, unfortunately, he is retired. Please push this issue to the USA team so a solution can be found ASAP. Thanks
