Samsung RTL devices unusable

Hi, another issue spotted with the Samsung RTL. All of a sudden, most if not all of the S24s (24 Ultra, S24, S24+) are always reserved. I find this really weird. This happens across all servers, Russia, Korea, USA, UK, Poland…It’s hard or almost impossible to find an available S24 device in all of these locations. I’ve tried several times for several days, coming back every now and then, but the devices seem to always be occupied. Is this normal behaviour? I don’t think it is. Please correct me if I’m wrong. It is really penalizing our team. Thanks in advance for any help or answers you can provide

Regards.

Update:

To add to the list of frustrations, we successfully, after a hard struggle, laid our hands on two S24 devices (S24 Ultra). They were the only two available, one in Russia and One in South Korea. The Russian device was so laggy it was literally unusable. It simply did not respond to any input.

The Korean device on the other hand, despite being slower than usual, was quite usable but had no internet access, consequently making it pretty useless as well. What really is going on? All S24 devices are always reserved, and when we get to get our hands on one, they’re just useless, unusable.

Hello carlsonkenson,
Usually developers tend to reserve the latest device for their testing. That could be a potential reason for this reservation. However, there was some technical issue regarding the lagging and our engineering team has resolved it. Regarding the Wi-Fi connection issue, you can report the device name to us via the Samsung Support Portal for a 1:1 support. One of our operator will fix the issue for you.

Thanks,

@Ummey
Hi, thanks for taking a month to reply to my request, great service.

At the time of this writing, literally all of the devices on the Poland server are extremely laggy (Galaxy S devices). They literally do not work. What’s going on? Just yesterday, everything worked just fine, and today, the story is different. Please look into this
