Samsung Remote Test Lab: Extremely Laggy Devices, Lamentabel

Hi,
To begin with, feels like the ticket system just doesn’t work anymore. Google developer support is bad as responding, Samsung seems to be worse.

  • In the USA, Korean and Russian servers, several devices are extremely laggy. The response to input just makes them unusable. It doesn’t happen to all devices, but happens to many. In the USA, All S24 devices are affected (S24 Ultra, S24+, S24) and also all of the Galaxy tab devices. In Russia, we noticed the issue in Galazy Fold 5 devices. Several other devices in other countries (Korea, Poland) have the issue. Some work perfectly fine, others have a serious lag/input response issue

  • Korean Internet is subpar, just totally poor. Downloading an apk file of barely 60MB takes forever. Please really look into this issue. Some Russian WiFi access points also have this issue.

Please take these into account, because from the looks of it, you just ignore serious tickets like this one, and close them, without actually doing anything about it. You closed my last ticket without even resolving all of the issues or giving satisfactory replies. That wasn’t fair at all. The issues persist. I really miss @r.liechty_SDR He always promptly replied to and actually forwarded all issues I noticed. Please do the same
