CallsManager is missing app name in redirection dialog

Hi,
I am a developer of a CallRedirectionService implementation for Android. On three different models of Samsung phones my users and myself (on a Galaxy A32 5G) are observing the menu option in the dialog with an unfilled placeholder.

This has already been fixed over a year ago in AOSP:

Would it be possible to port this fix to Samsung Android as well?

Which topic do I file this under? There seems to be no option to file an issue. Just support requests. This is clearly nothing that I can fix on my side.
