I tried searching, but didn’t find an answer. Today is day 1 of me trying this, so please bear with me. The existing watch face “Digital Dashboard” . I’d like to change the background to a custom picture. I don’t want to change anything else. Is that possible? Thanks in advance.

You can try to look up .gwd files on internet.
The faces that come preinstalled with the watch are part of the firmware and were not made using any publicly accessible tools.
