Hello, I’m facing the same problem - cannot connect to the new Samsung Frame TV 2025 with Tizen 9. Two older devices in my lab are working properly, I’m connecting to them with any problem.
I have updated Tizen Studio to the latest version - did not helped. Also tried to connect from different laptops (yes, I have changed IP in TV Developer Mode window) - none of then able to connect to TV.
So far I have managed to write the app to the Tizen 9 device using USB Demo Packaging Tool. Unfortunately, it is not possible to debug this way. It is better than nothing, but Samsung support should explain how to connect to the Tizen 9 device using Tizen Studio.
