Cannot get the badge performance report from manager account

Dear Samsung team,

I have a main account with many apps (I will call email A) and I added another email (I will call it B) for manager the generate create badge link.

Now I want to get the Badge Performance for my apps.
But when I request the email A => It won’t show the link that account B created

When I request the email B => It returns error exported data.

How can I fix this?

That looks like an AWS error. Please report this to the Seller Portal support
sign in select help select contact us
If a pop up says do you want samsung.com ignore that continue on
put N/A in all fields that are not relevant

I will also see if this is something known in the US Store Ops team

I was told this is a known issue and hope to be resolved by the end of the week.

I’m not sure about the manager not seeing the report if it doesn’t get resolved with this fix let me know and I can bring that up with the badge team as a second item.
