Do I have the correct link for PSS?

I’m not able to download my file after requesting a badge click report (says the file is no longer available), but when I try to go to PSS to report that there is an issue, it says I need to set up 2 factor authentication on my account. Do I report through Seller Portal 1:1?

I don’t want to set it up! I have it on one account and it is a pain in the “you know what”.

Am I going to the right place for PSS? And if 2FA is now required, why weren’t we notified?
