I tried installing via CLI but the package manager ends up being Zero Bytes.
Can’t install via IDE as I keep getting this error.

What version of Tizen Studio are you running. You need the very latest version to run on macOS Big Sur.

I’m getting the same problem. Can’t install Tizen 4.1 in macOS Big Sur via IDE as i get this error everytime i try:
“libjvm.dylib cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified”. Even giving permission to open it shows the same alert.
Does this Apple Note help?

I read in another reply to try a different browser. Also if you have an older version of Java JDK installed that may be an issue. Tizen Studio 4.1 does not require Java JDK but uses its self-contained version.

Same error is happening to me as well.
You are probably going to have to ask this on Tizen.org community.
