I found out yesterday that while they were accepting the Vietnam DUNS there was a problem still with the Postal code that the review team is working on. That is the big hold up. They are aware of it and working on it.

First go to your DUNS profile and make sure that is up to date and correct.
If that doesn’t work then you need to sign into the Seller Portal go to Help → Contact us and request customer service.
They are aware that there are some instances that don’t fit and will work with you.
I can only get involved if that fails to resolve the issue.

I’ve entered the DUNS code a hundred times and it’s not working.
this has been going on for several months now, i have requested support many times but no response, just got general answer but no help.

When I did a search for you DUNS number there is an extra apostrophe in your address.

My guess is that is screwing up the automated parsing. Check your profile and see if that is there or contact your D&B agent. Then give it a couple days to be changed in the system and apply again.

I have submitted information to Samsung, but I still see the ‘Request Commercial Seller Status’ button in blue. Do I need to submit it again?
When it is on Stand-by then it is being processed and a few days later the standby and Private seller disappear.
If it is still on Stand by on Wednesday ping me again.
