Color in complication slots

Hello everyone.
I have made a complication and several color themes for it. By default, the complication shows the date. The theme color is used with the default value, but if you select any other information on the watch instead of the date, it is displayed in white. How can I fix this?

It is my suspicion that you have set only one of the formats of the slot.
In a short text there are 4 ouptions
Text / Text & Icon / Text & Title / Icon, Text and Title.
Each of these can be configured with a different color choice

Colors are not the only thing you can change.

But how is this not logical!! Customize the color scheme and fonts for each type separately

Yeah, there’s a LOT of duplication in WFF files (watchface.xml).

If you want the same color for all elements within the complication, you can set it at the complication level

In this case all of the supported types and combinations within will be the same color.

Also, there is NO ability to set a theme color. This is basically “hard coded”
