Dear Samsung Support Team,
I have contacted your support team previously and was advised to submit my request via the Samsung Seller Portal, following the basic guidelines provided for acquiring a DUNS number and a business email, along with outlining my future plans for the games I intend to offer on the Samsung Store.
However, I am encountering an issue when attempting to submit my Commercial Seller Request. The submission process fails, as indicated in the attached screenshot. I have already attempted to resolve the issue by clearing my browser’s cache, as suggested in other articles on the Samsung Galaxy Store, but the problem persists.
Additionally, I would like to highlight that my previous submission was rejected by Samsung Seller due to issues with the Business Email, Website, and the future plans for my games. Despite this, my DUNS number contains all the required details, including the Business Email and Business Website, which led me to reach out to the Samsung Support Team for assistance.
Could you kindly assist me in resolving this issue so I can proceed with the submission? I look forward to your guidance on how to move forward.
