I want to change the font in complications to the same ttf font I’m using for my digital clock. The number of steps, for instance. There’s no font dropdown when I edit the complication. Is this not possible? Seems like it should be …

Inside in complications (left panel) click on Text or Title and then you can choose font
Apologies for reviving a dead topic, but I am having a similar issue. I have changed the font using the method Ray mentioned, and it shows up fine in the Viewport and Preview, but not when I run it on the watch.
Any insights available? Thanks in advance.
As I understand it the font selection only works for the slot type and value that you selected and not for all the other value types.
for example if you have icon and small text for your complication preference and that isn’t available but instead it uses just small text then the fonts you selected for icon and text would not be used.
So if you want to force it remove all the other options but it may limit the number of complications offered to the end user.
