Complication layouts elements' position

I noticed in different layouts of complications the position of the elements seems to affect each other.

For example I want different layouts for Icon+Text and Title+Text. Icon and Title both appear above the Text and the Icon is a little higher than the Title.

icon+Title: Title Y =200
Icon+Text: Icon Y = 197

Then I go back to the Icon+Text layout and now the Text is being moved (by 3 pixels). Or sometimes the Title is being moved to 197.

I tried to play around, but I’m not sure what causes this and what affects what. Even for making a duplicate and adjusting that gives sometimes different results.

Use a bigger sized transparent image on both layouts to give them some kind of a stable outside box. With that the icons or text fields have a stable anchor.
