I own GW4 and Iām for US.
I canāt see any update in Play Store nor in the Wearable app! The latest version is that shitty 2.2.11.23111651 (Nov 19) and the wearable app shows the exact same version as the Play Store!
YES, I tried to update from Wearable app, but nothing pops up! Just for my curiosity, I checked GW5 as well, and I canāt see any update for GW5 either! So Iām not really sure what is going on here?!
It is really frustrating! How long we are supposed to wait until devs fix an issue which wasnāt there before?

Maybe thatās the case. I am in Taiwan. I guess Iāll just do what I always do when I encounter stuff like this which is just sit on my hands and wait. Lol.
Iām not sure if itās non-Samsung device thingy or regional release policies!
I remember there was another issue when I purchased my GW4 fresh when the patch was released in Play Store like 10 days after everybody else, but Iām not sure how other users get their patch sooner.

Haha, I believe our Google accounts are tied to our address, so I might not get the update when I travel to Singapore after all!
Iām still resisting to update it manually (pushing the latest version apk by adb) and it shouldnāt be the case, for a device made by such a massive corporation like Samsung! Can you HEAR me SAMSUNG?!

Scroll to top a bit and you will find both versions for GW4, GW5 Plugins. Then just find them in ApkMirror and sideload. No need to wait for update.

Galaxy Watch6 Plugin will be most probably something like 2.2.13.23xxx or 24 if they plan to release it next year (hopefully not)
Itās standard practice for software companies to deploy updates to their apps slowly over a period of (maybe) a couple of weeks, so they can monitor for further problems or bugs. The Google Play Store itself supports this gradual rollout - it allows developers to set a percentage of users (eg. 10%) who should receive the update immediately, and the rest get the update over the following days/weeks.
My point here is that itās not unexpected that some GW4 and GW5 users have the new version of the Wearables app already, while some donāt.
If you donāt have it yet, you can either sideload it from a trusted APK hoster like ApkMirror, using the links provided by @amoledwatchfaces above, or you will have to be patient and wait a bit longer until the Play Store or App Gallery make it available to your account.

Click on the pancake menu
Click on the settings Icon
Click on About Galaxy Wearable
that should check for updates to the Galaxy Watch5 manager⦠that is what is broke.
I think they started with the Pro5 version first

Hi, i think some pro 5 version dont have that update button. All thr screen shots are of that page where the update button should have appeared⦠and they are using gw 5 pro same as me.
You may have to turn off the watch and back on to force the Galaxy Watch5 manager to start again.
But maybe not. I switched from GW6 to GW5 and it didnāt do an auto update but did when I did about the wearable app.

I have the Galaxy Watch4, and I can confirm that there have been no recent updates to the Wearable app, and the complications still donāt work using the app on my phone.
Iāve fixed the complications problem today.
In Playstore the āSamsung Health APPā was available for a new update. (Today 21.12.2023)
After the Update all Complications are available again, juhuuuuuuu.
Are just some Health complications there an no other complications? This is what is in Samsung Watches since the One UI update last month.

I have Samsung Health version 6.25.1.011 and it says no updates available.
What version is available from Play Store?
