Debugging Message on Production

Hello, has anyone experienced this issue where on initial loading of the application there is an error/information modal that pop ups before the app loads.

RWI mapping info 7011(RWI):… 7012(RWI):N/A 7013(RWI):N/AFast RWI is used, [about:blank] is loaded fist instead of [file:///index.html] Click OK button will start the real loading. Notes:Please connect to RWI in PC before click OK button. Then you can get network log from the initial loading. Please click Record button in Timeline panel in PC before click OK button, Then you can get profile log from the initial loading.

This is occurring on Samsung 2019 TV’s with developer mode disabled on our app that is currently live in market/production.

Older TV models are not experiencing this issue. Does any one have any recommendations/suggestions/solutions?

In case anyone experiences this issue in the future. We reached out to our contact at Samsung. It turned out our TV had an out of date firmware version. They updated our TVs firmware OTA and resolved the issue.
