Device is frozen and unresponsive in UK and sometimes in Russia

Hi, i can’t use device due to frozen and unresponsive behaviour and it occurs with every devices. Do you have any guidance how to tackle this issue? Ex. If i click on any app in device, it takes almost 10 minutes to respond. Mostly occurred in UK RTL.
