If you are developing a TV app, then please check the TV emulator guide TV Emulator | Samsung Developer if you are missing anything.
If you cannot fix the issue using the documentation then please login to Seller Office TV and put your query in the 1:1 Q&A section.
Afternoon friend. The problem is I’m not being able to open the Emulator manager window! When I click the option “Emulator Manager” in the “Tools” tab of the tizen application, I get that message I posted (the print screen) in the previous message.
