Is the Samsung blockchain based on Ethereum ERC-20 standard?

The Blockchain SDK is based on Ethereum standard. so it supports ERC-20. If you could say for what purpose you asked, the blockchain team could give a more detailed answer.

Congratulations on your first post on Samsung Developer Forums, Welcome!!
Right now, Samsung Offers two different SDKs to Developer Community.
The first offering is Samsung Blockchain Keystore SDK which allows developers to communicate directly with the hardware wallet present in supported Samsung Galaxy devices.
The second offering is Samsung Blockchain Platform SDK which provides a complete set of functions, generally required by Decentralized Applications, greatly reducing the development time, effort and complexity.
As you can understand, these two SDKs has different domain and objective and both the SDKs supports multiple platforms. And as my friend @r.liechty_SDR said, yes they both support ERC-20 standard along with ERC-721 & ETH.
