From bank account to PayPal

Hi, I’m trying to change the payment method from a bank account to PayPal, I set everything on the profile page of the seller portal but when I click “save” and put the password of my account nothing happens, the page doesn’t save the change to PayPal. How can I solve this? Thank you

Hi Cristian,
The user guide says

  • Account information cannot be changed from the 10th to 25th of each month.

Try it today or tomorrow.
