Problem with payments

Hello friends, I need help with the seller portal, I have collected the required amount for payment in USD, but I still have not received it.

Earlier, back in January 2024, the portal support confirmed to me that they saved my bank details and all payments will come to my bank account, which I provided. I received a payment to this account in January 2024 as well

Since payments occur when the payment amount exceeds $ 3000, some time has passed, last month I received a “Settlement Report” report and waited for the payment, but it was not made.

I contacted the seller portal support, but they gave me completely different information, that they do not store bank details, and asked for new bank details (which I immediately sent them), I sent them new details last month, but still have not received a solution and a clear answer.

Please help me resolve the issue and receive payment this month, perhaps someone from the responsible department can contact me by mail and help resolve the issue, previously it was Ron, but he retired, who can help now, friend, please respond!

Check you profile settings, see if nothing has changed there… Last month I didn’t get payment either, I set the min amount to 50 but for some reason it went back to default value…
