can i use the photo not design to make theme for Galaxy Themes Studio?
If you are talking about applying to be a Theme Designer. I would not recommend that. The quality of the images originality is very important to being selected. Photoshop or some other professional design tool should be used.
If you are asking if you can use a photo instead of a design as a Theme designer I know there are Intellectual Property guidelines about this so it must be allowed
If I misunderstood the question can you be a bit clearer.
