Galaxy Watch 4 LTE overheat problem

There is no Galaxy 4 subforum so decided to write post in general forum.

Users are having issues with the watch overheating on the LTE variant. The problem occurs at least at low network coverage, when the watch is probably trying to increase the power of the antenna, then overheating occurs and the watch enters a low power state. Is this an issue due to a design flaw in the device or will this be resolved with a software update?
