Sorry for the inconvenience.
One possible workaround of this issue is creating a new distributor certificate. However,
since Aug 22nd 2023 IE browsers are not supported on the Seller Portal. GWS uses an internal browser that is based on IE and you can’t log in to create the Distributor Certificate if your computer is updated or if you have to pair your watch to a new phone or reset it.
Currently there is no plan to release new version of GWS. As a workaround you can check out this thread in Samsung Developer Forum. Ron has discussed this topic here. Following post is marked as solved so you can check this out.
