How can I get a Author certificate?

Hi, I have a Samsung Gear S3 Frontier. Until two years ago I have used the app Watch Face Studio for create myy designs.
Now I have a new laptop, and when I try to use the app , I can´t create an Author Certificate. Please, could you help me for use this app?

This is a Tizen-based watch. Watch Face Studio supports only Wear OS, you can’t design watch faces using WFS for Gear S3. You need to use the Galaxy Watch Studio
But if you want to distribute the watchface, you can’t do it as “DISTRIBUTION OF TIZEN-BASED WATCH APPS HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED”.
