I asked a similar question here on the forum on February 13th and to this day I have not received any response. I miss our friend Ron who took care of us here on the forum until he retired.

Omg. Why do they want so many info, and some documents, passport and what is BankBook???

A commercial seller cannot modify their profile from their side, yet we can modify it for you. We require your address and full bank information to finish modifying your financial profile.

On the first registration I didn’t have to fill all these fields and documents, now they want more just to change your IBAN number…

You can submit the documentation through customer support. Since you cannot reply to their response, you should open a new request.

They ask for the following info of Intermediary bank which they didn’t need it on the first registration of my account and they don’t really need now but still want it for updating…
My bank doesn’t even provide this info at all. It’s just a joke…

But I checked my profile and nothing has been changed…
