I am not getting any help from Samsung, is there anyone that would be available to walk me through my first theme upload for sale? Ive already been approved for the distribution seller, I am unsure if I have done anything correctly.

You may have some luck with the Samsung Theme Designer Group on Facebook.
I would remove my email address if I were you. There are bots that search the internet for email address for not so good uses.

Did you read the Theme App Registration Guide and watch the video on Samsung’s Galaxy themes page? Not perfect and a little outdated but a very good start and will get you going.
