Https://dev.tizen.samsung.com/ not reachable

I am trying to install an app to my Samsung TV and as part of that flow, a call is made to https://dev.tizen.samsung.com/xxx, but for some reason this endpoint is not reachable. It gives a connection refused error.

Is there some maintenance activity going on?

Hi, I don’t know if it’s the same issue but I can’t create a certificate on my certificate manager because of some connections error.

It gives back errors about my proxy but I don’t have one.

Even my collegues are having problems with the same issue so the link you’re not reaching might be responsable for both our issues
