I always receive declined wire transfer due to False Bank Information

Dear supporters,

I am a private theme seller, and a Commercial Distribution Seller. I received the settlement report in Feb 2024, but I am still unable to receive the amount of the report.
All of the information is correct, and nothing is wrong, I have checked with the bank. I have tried to change to 3 personal bank accounts but still receive declined wire transfers. Please give me a piece of advice on what kind of bank account I can use here. Is it okay to use a personal bank account? Since my type of seller turns to be a Commercial Distribution Seller, I cannot receive the wire transfer from Samsung anymore.

Hello. Afaik there are ways to check that the recipient’s name and the back number match, so I would say that changing the accounts won’t help unless you change all the details.

Have you tried contacting the support? There can be so many different things that can go wrong, like different account numbering in different parts of the world, etc.
