Hello, I still didn’t get my settlement report of this month by email or the portal… (Yes, I do have the minimum remittance amount)… Does anyone else in the same situation?? What should I do?

If you don’t have it tomorrow then please open a 1:1 Enquiry with the seller portal.

Hello @r.liechty_SDP . I have the same issue. How can I open a 1:1 Enquiry with the seller portal.
I have submit a ticket from contact us feature but don’t have response yet. 
The 1:1 and “contact us” are the same thing.
It usually takes up to a week to get a response.
The reports are late this month, i just got mine this morning.
I have not received the Settlement Report yet, I have not received it yet.
Did you have a settlement this month? If you aren’t above the minimum remittance you won’t get a settlement and no report.
The settlement and sales summary can be different because and even the Financial report can be different.
If you should have gotten a settlement and don’t get it by Thursday please contact the seller portal support. I think the settlements are done in New York and it is a banking holiday this upcoming weekend and Monday.

I found that our developer account on Samsung gets into “Deactivate
Pending Seller” status. I think our company is completely legal. We are
on Apple and Google store with no problems. We have more than 5000
regular international customers ready to support our technology
activities. We hope that Samsung will specifically review this case and
consider the interests of both parties.
- We have physical headquarters, it is a very large building, we can
confirm by meeting, video call with Samsung staff. - We have a large customer base and stable revenue, are a legal
business in Vietnam, fully pay taxes and comply with the law. - We are very famous in Vietnam as well as in the world technology
customer community, appearing many times on the websites of the
Government of Vietnam. Easy to check on our Fanpage Funny Dev or
at the bottom of website https://www.funnydev.vn. - There may be misunderstandings between platforms because on Apple and
Google’s side, we don’t have many restrictions and face some problems
like Samsung, but in the spirit of marketability and error correction,
we hope Samsung considers it. so that we have the opportunity to correct
mistakes and bring mutual benefits between Funny Dev., Jsc and Samsung.
If Samsung facilitates, we will transfer our customer files and large
applications to Samsung for exclusive operation. - The application copyright issue was caused by our acquisition of the
source code from a third party and further development, thus causing
unnecessary misunderstanding due to this incident. If Samsung
facilitates, we voluntarily waive any earnings related to copyrighted
apps. At the same time, we will seriously correct the developers about
this, upload DMCA-registered and exclusive designs to the Samsung store,
and move 100% of customers from Apple and Google to Samsung.

You must submit a DUNS verification in order to publish in Samsung Galaxy Store. Galaxy store only allows Corporate accounts (legal term for registered business). No exceptions. BTW Apple requires this for the paid apps too.

Dear Ron,
Thank you for replying me. Of course, my company has a DUNS number of
[edit xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] and is completely searchable online on their website. I also
have a full business registration certificate issued by the Vietnamese
government. I also own an international digital digital signature issued
by Sectigo and fully verified by them for the legitimacy of the
business.
However, my account was locked due to a misunderstanding about image
copyright. The mobile application is completely written by us, but the
image is acquired by a third party. We didn’t have an issue with Apple
or Google, but at Samsung it did.
I really need your help, Ron. Please help me connect Samsung to explain
this problem and re-open my business account for me. My company has 70
programmers waiting to resume work and our client file is huge.

If it is IP infringement that is a violation of your Terms and Consent and there is nothing I can do about that. You have to work directly with the Seller Portal, You will have to prove that you had the rights to publish that image.
If a direct appeal to the Seller Portal with proof that you had the rights does not work. You have the right to appeal the decision
See the Terms and Consent agreement clause 19.10 and 19.11 there is a link in clause 19.10 for you to appeal the decision.
I wish you well and hope that you find a satisfactory solution, if there is a lot of money involved you may want to consult a lawyer.
I removed your DUNS number and the image so no one else tries to use that.

I hope this makes things go quickly If you get put in the standby status they are checking banking information. But usually once a mistake is resolved the DUNS entry works fairly quickly.
