Is there a way to make in-app purchases with WatchFaceStudio?
No, I don’t know if it is possible because of the separation necessary between Google and Samsung. But I can bring it up as a feature request.

That would be great. The only other option that I would otherwise see would be to offer a free Watch Face with marginal features plus another one with all features. But that would mean more work and above all, having to go through the approval process twice.
