[Knox Partner Program] Application Pending Over 2 Weeks – No Response

I am posting here because my Knox Partner Program application has been pending for over two weeks with no response, and I am not sure what else I can do.

  • Application date: July 24, 2025
  • Registered email: appdev@yhdatabase.com
  • Follow-up history:
    • July 25 – Email inquiry (no response)
    • August 1 – Contact Us form (Enrollment category)
    • August 4 – Email inquiry (no response)
    • August 10 – Contact Us form (Partnership category)

As of today, I have not received any updates regarding the status of my application.
Our project requires Knox SDK access to proceed with development for an enterprise MDM solution, so this delay is causing significant project disruption.

I would like to know:

  1. Is there any known delay in processing Knox Partner Program applications at this time?
  2. Could someone from the Knox team please check my application status or let me know if additional documents are needed?
  3. Has anyone else here experienced a similar delay and found a way to resolve it?
