I had requested access for our company to the Knox SDK on the 13th of January (almost three weeks ago). I’ve also opened support ticket (case: 00312978) in regards to finding out a ETA or how long access to the SDK takes to process several days ago but its unresolved.
Reaching out here to find out if other users are experiencing delays with Knox SDK access and if the 3+ week review window is to be expected for access? Also any indication of past review times.

I’ve tried to contact via the contact us but no response. Is it possible to escalate the issue on your side or suggestion of another way to get in contact with Samsung Knox support?
