Hello. Due to the inability to run Galaxy Watch Studio on macOS Big Sur. I haven’t made dials in a month. I had to downgrade the operating system, I had to format the hard drive.
i kept everything except the author’s certificate.
I understand that the old certificate cannot be restored. What should I do now? Create a new certificate? I just won’t be able to update the old dials? And with a new certificate, can I upload new watch faces to my old account?
Hi @KD_watch, Sorry to hear you have lost your author certificate. Yes, you have to create a new certificate and with it, you can, of course, upload new watch faces to your old account. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to update your old watch faces. See the FAQ#20.

To be safe, I suggest you to copy and save your author certificate file somewhere you won’t lose it. I saved mine on my Google Drive, Microsoft One Drive, emails and an external USB drive. That way I can access it wherever and whenever I want.
