I got the status Deactivate Pending Seller
in My Profile, and I have not received any settled payment.
Has any got this issue? And how can I resolve it? I updated my bank account but Samsung still has not sent any payment.

You should contact the Seller Portal about this. If they can’t give you a reasonable answer then go to the Terms and Conditions agreement and there is information ending the agreement in Clause 13 and settlement. Also a way to appeal in Clause 19:10 or something.
