Hello mohamed20001,
Here are some tips when applying for commercial seller status:
General Tips
- All information and documentation must be in English. If you are a citizen of South Korea, you may provide information and documentation in Korean.
- The name you enter in Seller Portal must match exactly with what is on your government ID and your banking information. Note that Seller Portal does not include a field to enter your middle name. If your government ID includes your middle name, include both your first and middle names in Seller Portal’s “First Name” field. If your government ID does not include your middle name, you do not need to provide your middle name in Seller Portal.
- If you have commercial seller status in Play Store, mention it.
Banking Tips (Commercial Seller)
- Verify your banking information is correct. If the Seller Portal team cannot verify your banking information, your request will not be approved.
- The name you enter in Seller Portal must match exactly with what is on your banking information. See the 2nd item under General Tips if your banking information includes your middle name.
- If you have access to PayPal, it takes less time for the Seller Portal team to verify your PayPal account. It can take up to 10 business days to verify bank information.
- Bank information must be provided in English (or Korean if you are a citizen of South Korea). By request, many banks can provide a statement in English.
