Payment account Temporarily blocked

Hello I have been a problem in Google Play Console since today. I receive the following message under my payment profile.

Contact us regarding the status of your payment account
You can not currently receive any payouts because your payment account has been temporarily blocked.

Google Support is no help. I have not changed anything in my profile.

Don’t worry, this is a standard situation.
Contact the support service via url
and state the problem.
You will be prompted to send your Id/passport/etc and proof of address.
