Verifying Play Console developer account

Hey everyone! :blush: So today, I started the verification process for my Google Play account. I confirmed all my info and uploaded my ID at the last step. But now, I’m stuck and can’t update any of my watch faces.

I got this message saying, “There’s a problem with your payment profile.” When I click the button to “go to the Payment settings page,” there’s no clear guidance on what to do next.

At the top of the payment page, it says: “Your identity verification process is in progress. It may take several days to complete.”

Should I just wait it out, or is there something I need to do?

Has anyone else gone through this before? Any advice would be super appreciated!

Wang just needs to wait for the identity verification to complete. You also need to confirm your bank account. if you haven’t already done so.

About payment profile, you need to go as below

  1. visit https://payments.google.com
  2. Click Subscriptions and Services
  3. Click Google Play Apps
  4. click Manage to add bank account where you want your payment.

About Identity verification process will complete soon, if all docs are ok to them.

Today, I received an email saying, “Your identity is confirmed,” and the payment profile issue has been resolved.
