Unfortunately, I also encountered a block a couple of days ago, first they blocked my new application, and the next day I wrote to support and in a message from support they told me that my developer account was blocked! It feels like the bot that answered me did this.
I have not yet received any details about why all this happened from support, they respond with template answers, perhaps it’s actually a robot answering)
As for the description and other things, everything is very strange, since for the last month I have been updating applications without problems, changing the description and doing other usual actions and there were no problems, the verification took place normally even without rejects, which really surprised me!
By the way, on the day when my new application was blocked 20-30 minutes after it was sent to Google Play, on the same day I was approved for updating other applications without any problems. The speed of blocking of the new application makes you think that this is definitely not being checked by a person, perhaps they are training AI
One of my developer friends had an application blocked that had been without updates for a year and was just lying on the sidelines.
As for the appeal, they rejected it, but left the possibility of an answer, but it still seems to me that it is not a person who is also answering because they cannot give clear information from the very beginning, what exactly violates the application, a specific example, or something else more more valuable than a template answer.
My recommendation for other developers is not to be active (not to update, not to download new applications) until the situation is cleared up, and I hope that someday there will be a Google employee who will help resolve such misunderstandings, with best wishes!
