The same error. The same random process of reviewing and the same inadequate review team.
I contacted support ten times but without any result. It seems support are bots but not people because they wrote stupidity like “go to register in Google Play”. Is Samsung a some department of Google really?
Does anybody know how to not register app in Google Play but to register in Galaxy Store?
Sorry, I dont know. I actually gave up and registered my app on PlayStore.
You are asking the wrong team you need to open a support request with Developer Support not the Seller Portal Team
Play Protect is part of the Android OS and Google oversees the development of Android OS. Since Samsung Review team installs on real devices they cannot install your app due to Play Protect, therefore it can not review your app.
If you contact the support team they should give you information to help you resolve the play protect issue.
