Remote Test Lab Device - United States WIFI Won't Connect

gatelabrtl6 simply won’t connect
gatelabrtl5 says “wrong password”

Reset “Wi-Fi” has no effect.

Tested 5 different phones, same problem.

Please submit a support request here with the device name (For example: SM-970-US-01). One of our operators will reset the device. In the meanwhile, please try to use another device.
Unfortunately, we are unable to share the Wi-Fi password with our users due to security reasons.
