Hello,
I’m trying to test an issue specific to the Samsung Galaxy S22. Whenever I connect to a device (using USA, Android 13 or 12) the wifi does fails to connect, and says i have the incorrect password. Resetting the wifi does not work. I tried a few times last week, and a few times today. Does anyone have any advice on getting the internet working?
Thanks!
Hello,
All RTL server locations have a dedicated Wi-Fi hotspot. Once you connect to the device with our Client, it should automatically connect to the network (ssid and password will be set on the device). If there is still no Internet access, please try using the Reset Wi-Fi option from the RTL clients menu. If the problem persists try selecting the network (internet4rtl) manually or restarting Client.
If this still won’t take any effect, please report the device name here and one of our operators will restore the network settings manually. In the meantime, try using another device of the same model. Unfortunately, we are unable to share the Wi-Fi password with our users due to security reasons.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Best Regards,
