Remote Test Lab has become an utter mess - Lag, Device-less servers

What really has happened to the Samsung Remote Test Lab? Why has it become the Shadow of itself? Finding a working device is literally a gamble…almost everything lags, lags terribly. From USA to Poland to Russia to Korea, nothing works! Either it lags terribly or it has no internet access or both.

Do you guys really care about this service at all? Or is it there just fill up some policy and cover up something for Samsung? Zero care, Zero attention is given to the RTL, why is this the case? Please, Please, fix the lag, it is just so unbearable. The UK has almost no Galaxy S device available, the USA just recently seems to be having devices back, but almost everything lags, we’ve not been able to use a single device.

Let’s not talk about how long it takes to review submitted cases. Months upon months before getting a reply. It really is a shame. What is Samsung really becoming?

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience. We requested the on-site operators to get their wireless routers back online. As for the laggy issue, we’re still trying to reproduce it on our side. If you could let us know the device name you faced the laggy issue, it would help us to check it.
