Request to Expedite Launch After Approval – App in "Waiting Launch"

Hello Samsung Team,

Our app has recently passed all required tests and is currently in “Waiting Launch” status for all supported models.

Since the app has already been approved, we’d like to kindly ask if there’s any way to accelerate the launch so that it becomes publicly available as soon as possible.

Could you please let us know:

  • If any additional action is required from our side to trigger the launch?
  • Whether the app will be launched automatically after a certain period?
  • If there is an option to manually initiate the launch or request immediate release?
