my Huawei Watch 3 Pro has contacts but never the names show just the numbers. Huawei says i need to contact Samsung to enable the apps permission.

I assume you have a Samsung mobile if so I would recommend you use the Samsung Members App for feedback or post at https://www.samsung.com → Click on Explore Tab → Click on Community.
