Samsung financial system flaws

I was developing watch faces a few years back and ended up putting something like 20-30 watch faces up for sale. At the time I was doing it i was working from home so i was keeping up with it. I got only one payment from samsung to a paypal account for a little over 50 dollars and then shortly after because of life circumstances was not able to keep up with it. I have checked in on it periodically and would see some sales but never really tried to figure out how much I had really made. Shortly after I received that first payment my PayPal account was shut down. So I only got one payment for a little over 50 dollars and now that I have taken the time to actually figure out what was going on with all my apps have learned that I have exactly $969 dollars and some change in finalized sales on my account. In light of that I updated my account with a new paypal account thinking that I would get a payment as soon as I did that. I also had set my minimum amount to $150 at some point. Now that the payment is coming up I contacted support to find out when the payment would be made and they have told me that they have estimated my total amount to be under 150 dollars so no payment will be made. So 969 dollars minus something like 57 dollars and there isnt more than 150 left to be paid? How does this add up and how do I find out what happened? The financial system that they have implemented is far from user friendly and there is no way to get any kind of actual usable summarized data from it. Why cant they just give me some type of summary which shows this is what we say you made, this is what we paid you, this is what we still owe you?
