We have recently encountered a number of issues while using the Remote Test Lab service, specifically concerning devices hosted on the USA server. These issues are impacting our testing workflow and we kindly request your assistance in addressing them as soon as possible:
- Wi-Fi Configuration Missing on Certain Devices
Several devices, including all Z Flip 5 and Z Fold 5 models we’ve accessed on the USA server, do not have Wi-Fi properly configured. As a result, they are unable to connect to the internet, which is critical for downloading apps and testing network-dependent features. Attempts to reset the Wi-Fi return the message: “SSID not configured”, with no option to set it manually. - Unavailable Devices Still Consuming Credits
Some devices, such as the Z Fold 4 on the USA server, appear as available on the RTL web interface. However, upon attempting to initiate a session, we are redirected to a page stating: “All Ongoing Tests have ended.” Despite the session being non-functional, testing credits are still deducted. We suspect this issue may be affecting additional devices across other servers as well.
We would greatly appreciate it if your team could investigate and resolve these issues at the earliest opportunity
