First of all, I would like to sincerely thank you for addressing the recent performance issues — the noticeable lag across devices appears to have been resolved, and this improvement is deeply appreciated.
However, I must bring to your attention a number of persistent and increasingly disruptive issues affecting productivity across several RTL servers:
USA Devices – WiFi Configuration Problem:
All Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 units on the USA server remain completely disconnected from any WiFi network. Attempting to use the “Reset WiFi” button only triggers a popup stating “SSID not configured.” This has been the case for over two weeks now. It’s quite puzzling how such a basic configuration issue has gone unresolved for this long on flagship devices.
Russian Server – Severely Slow Internet:
The internet speed on the Russian server is shockingly slow. Downloading an 85MB APK file takes over an hour on devices like the Z Flip 5 and below. This makes basic testing almost impossible. If the primary function of the platform — testing — is hindered by something as fundamental as connectivity, it defeats the entire purpose of the service.
Poland Server – Lagging Behind (Literally):
The internet on the Poland server is also noticeably sluggish. While not as dire as the Russian server, it consistently takes much longer than average to perform even modest downloads. This is causing unnecessary delays in testing cycles.
UK Server – Deserted and Diminished:
The UK server, which used to be one of the most reliable, now seems almost abandoned. Aside from a sparse handful of Flip and Fold devices — which themselves are rarely available — there are virtually no Galaxy A, S, Tab, or additional Fold/Flip models present. A broader device catalog on the UK server would be extremely helpful and was, until recently, part of the platform’s strength.
We deeply value the service the Remote Test Lab provides, which is why it’s disheartening to see these issues persist without resolution. I trust that your team will look into these matters with the seriousness they deserve, especially as they directly affect development workflows and product quality assurance.
Thank you for your time and continued support.
