Samsung Remote Test Lab (UK Server Issue)


Currently facing issues with the UK server of the Samsung Remote Test Lab. Galaxy S24 devices are nowhere to be found. Can something please be done about this? It’s been a while (since Sunday) that they are all down. Given out current location, it is the server we use the most (better ping, latency…), and the absence of these devices is penalizing us. Hoping for a fix in the nearest possible future

Could you please help ask if the USA server is returning any time soon? It showed up a few ours ago, then disappeared again. Are they finally bringing it back?
